How Our Loyalty Program Works:

You must be an existing member of The Greenhouse VIP Club in order to qualify for free gift cards.

Make a reservation by phone (or through our website) or just stop in to eat.
For every $100 spent per visit (before tax and gratuity), we’ll reward you with a $10 VIP Loyalty Card to use during your next visit or to give to a friend!

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

  • Rewards are based on the pre-tax\gratuity subtotal of the VIP member’s receipt during an eligible visit. VIP Members Receipts within a party/table can be combined to earn rewards. (example: Couple #1 spends $45 and couple #2 spends $55. They may combine receipts to receive one (1) $10.00 VIP Loyalty Card that can be used during their next visit.)
  • Rewards are based on each visit and not accrued from visit to visit.
  • Spend $100-$199 receive a $10 VIP Loyalty Card. Spend $200-$299 receive a $20 VIP Loyalty Card and so on.
  • Only existing VIP members are eligible to earn rewards. New members must wait until their next visit to start earning rewards.
  • We prefer phone-in reservations so we can check you in quicker. Online reservations must be made through our website only. VIP members who book a reservation directly through OpenTable, the OpenTable App on a smartphone, Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, or other OpenTable affiliates do not qualify to earn rewards during their visit.
  • A Loyalty card may not be redeemed during the same visit it was earned.
  • A maximum of three (3) Loyalty cards may be redeemed per visit.
  • Loyalty cards are not awarded on the purchase of Gift cards but will be awarded on the redemption of a Gift card.
  • Loyalty cards are not awarded for event ticket purchase, private events, or kayak rentals/tours.
  • Loyalty cards are not awarded in combination with our 10% discount for locals promotion.
  • Loyalty cards have no cash value.
  • We cannot replace lost Loyalty Cards.
  • Loyalty cards and Gift Cards expire one (1) year after the issue (or purchase) date.
